Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data held by Sudoku Arena.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your personal data, send an email to:
contact@sudokuarena.onlinePlease use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account, your username if known, and a confirmation that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
What Happens Next
- We will confirm receipt within 5 business days.
- We may ask you to verify your identity.
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
- You will receive a final email once the deletion is complete.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Any in-game progress, achievements, and leaderboard history will be permanently lost.
